This course provides skills and knowledge in the areas of modern pastries. This is a hands-on course where the student will gain practical experience in class.

Course Fee: €550, in addition, a €60 fee for the necessary work uniform is required.

Course commences in January, and will operate one evening per week; each Thursday, consisting of a 4 hour practical class each evening from 6pm to 10pm.
Single Module Certification (5 ECTS credits at Level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications).
Online application is closed for course that commenced in February 2020.
