Freedom of Information Act 2014
The Freedom of Information Act 2014, was signed by the President on Tuesday, 14th October 2014, and became effective on that day, subject to certain commencement dates for the specific provisions set out in section 1 of the Act.
The FOI Act provides, that from the effective date, every person has the following legal rights:
